What is our shipping policy?

Products are usually shipped from our factory within 1-3 business days. During times of unexpectedly high order volume and during the Holiday Season, shipping may be slightly delayed.  American Holistic Products ships to addresses in the 50 United States, the U.S. Territories, and U.S. military destinations (such as APO, AE, and FPO) Shipments within the 48 contiguous states will be shipped via UPS Ground. UPS computes shipping charges by weight and distance. Once your order ships, an automated email will be sent to you with your UPS tracking number. You can track your shipment and review the expected delivery date.    American Holistic Products offers expedited services, such as 3-Day Select UPS and 2-Day Air UPS. Please keep in mind that our products are heavy and large, hence expedited shipment costs via UPS are often exorbitant. What is our return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make at American Holistic Products. Should you ever feel dissatisfied with a buckwheat pillow you ordered from us, we will exchange it, replace it or refund your money.  Please return your pillows within 14 days to receive a full refund.  We do not provide pre-paid labels for your returns. Shipping charges for returned items will be the responsibility of the customer. Please note there is individual stocking fee of 15% for any cervical or deluxe sleeping buckwheat pillow returned. Customers must contact our service department before returning an item. Simply sending an item back will not guarantee a replacement or refund. Please call us at 1-925-300-8669 with any questions or information. Once a returned package has been received and inspected at our factory, a refund will be processed and automatically applied to the credit card or original method of payment, usually within 48 hours. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 7 business days after your credit has been applied for it to post to your account. Please include a copy of the invoice or the order number and address in the return package, so we may properly apply any refunds.
